On Thursday, March 26, join the Milk Street Cooking School team for another livestream cooking class that will help you love spices more, too. We’ll be toasting, blooming, grinding and blooming spices and putting them to work in three great recipes.

Once registered, you’ll receive the recipes we’re making and recommendations on how to prepare if you wish to cook along. (Of course, you can also just sit back and learn - no cooking required!) 
Can’t make it in real time? Don’t worry: all registered attendees will get a recording that you can watch on your own time. Plus, every attendee of this class will receive a 20% discount code to the Milk Street Store

Meet Your Instructors

  • Rosemary Gill is the Director of Education at Milk Street Cooking School. She oversees the development of Milk Street’s hands-on and online cooking classes, culinary travel program and community initiatives with nonprofit partners. 
     
  • April Dodd is Milk Street’s Associate Director of Education. She runs Milk Street’s program of guest-taught cooking classes, teaches livestream and in-person events and leads the cooking school’s sponsorship program.
