(It is recommended that you have Flash Version 10.0.0 or higher to view these videos - get help here.)

Family Life Family Life: It all starts at home! We are our children's first - and most important - teachers. What they need most from us is love and attention. What should parents be doing at home with children? How can you create a peaceful home environment? How do you manage the stress?

Health & Safety We'll talk with a pediatrician in an on-site interview about the importance of proper nutrition, physical activity, getting enough sleep, frequent hand washing, creating a safe environment and seeing a healthcare provider and dentist regularly.

Infants & Toddlers We'll explore the link between caring for and teaching a child. What do toddlers need to develop mentally, physically and socially? What milestones should parents be looking for - and should they be evaluated? How do I choose the right child care center for my child?

Pre-schoolers  As children get older their needs change. Why is it so important to provide quality childhood experiences? Is early childhood education critical for later learning? What is the appropriate curriculum in pre-school?

Community Resources  Parenting can be overwhelming, especially if you're doing it alone - but there is help out there, and we'll tell you where to find it. We'll also feature an online support center with link to various local agencies.

Corporate Support  Research indicates that those who finish school are much more likely to become contributing members of our workforce rather than become a costly drain on our social service system. How can the business community support families and early education?
